as there is no name against the 2007 entry [ you say its a known mortgage?]

I would assume the 2018 entry is them updating its now under bos?

who was the original mortgage with and whom do you pay?

Why do you think its additional lending... ? I think you need to fill in the blanks to get any effective advice?

Who is the Mortgagee ? RBS or other ?

What exactly is that snippet you uploaded taken from ...your Deeds ?

IS this residential or commercial property?

Mortgage is with RBS and always has been, 2007 entry is when the mortgage was taken out. The download is the deeds, Residential property and this is a new entry from the last time I looked.

About to start proceedings as Mortgage in ex partners name and I’m worried the 2018 Charge Is additional lending.

Solicitor advised he thinks it may be an administration charge for haLifax coming under RBS but the mortgage is not with the Halifax.

Many thanks for all your assistance

you mean an administration CHANGE not charge.

I think your solicitor is getting confused between Halifax bank of Scotland [HBOS] and RBS [Royal bank of Scotland]???
