:confused: :confused:Capital one have give half my money back {even though i asked for it in full}but said they are reducing all my previous charges to £12 thats why i getting my money back .Ive replied saying that ill except it as apart payment but still require the full amout SHOULD I BANK THE CHEQUE THOUGH :confused: ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:confused:

do you need to sign a form.

are they not lodging the ammount into your account

no its like they excepted that the charges have been dropped to £12 and just give me back the difference from what was a £20 charge ie £8 .There was nothing to sign ,it was like them saying sorry we got it wrong but heres the difference back so do i cash it or wait so they carnt say it was a final setlement

if you want to proceed with claim for the full amount, then return the cheque with rejection letter
