Hi All,

my network provider (Tesco) uses o2 which i am still having problems with sending texts, is it a breach of contract?

Nope. Not at all. They don't guarantee 100% uptime. Especially for outages caused by 3rd party providers. They'll prob offer small compensation but it's normal.

Just to note. They.have said they will be giving compensation in the form of free airtime starting jan
