typical. The bigger the company the less likely they are to comply with the law it seems. Make a complaint about this and give them a week to respond to that and then complain to the ICO

Eon have still not responded to the SAR

Hello bitemarx and I agree with ericsbrother. Raise a formal complaint.

As you asked for the SAR in the middle of January, it's not good enough you haven't heard back yet. There are details about raising complaints and how we look after them on our website at the following link.

I'm sorry we haven't responded. You should've heard within 30 days of your request and, as I say, it's not good enough that you're still waiting.

Its no good being sorry and referring them to a link to start all over.   You work there,   go get someone to fulfil your legal requirements.  He could even start small claims against E-on and win.

Is this true? What would I be claiming for?

I am extremely annoyed that corporations are allowed to do this to the public.... and would be very interested in doing anything to get them to play by the rules.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Is there an email address to for complaints?

Seems there is no email option. Unless you phone and ask for the email address.

Most big companies don't encourage complaint by emails.

We could do with some help from you.

Hello bitemarx and sorry for the late reply. Not been on CAG enquiries for several weeks.

I assume you've already been in touch with our Complaints area. If you still need to talk to them, you can email through the following link.

https://www.eonenergy.com/for-your-home/residential-contact-us

If you've a Complaint Resolution Manager, please add their name to the text and the email will be forwarded to them. This link also allows you to add attachments if necessary.

Thanks bitemarx .
