I'm sorry we haven't responded. You should've heard within 30 days of your request and, as I say, it's not good enough that you're still waiting.

Its no good being sorry and referring them to a link to start all over.   You work there,   go get someone to fulfil your legal requirements.  He could even start small claims against E-on and win.

Is this true? What would I be claiming for?

I am extremely annoyed that corporations are allowed to do this to the public.... and would be very interested in doing anything to get them to play by the rules.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Seems there is no email option. Unless you phone and ask for the email address.  

 

Most big companies don't encourage complaint by emails.
