I'm Treasurer for a sports team and over 4 years, they've incurred £210 in charges at £35 a time. This is partly me not doing my job properly and partly, the manager and coach writing cheques and not collecting all the subs in.

Anyway, we are looking at changing banks (to one nearer our home) and trying to reclaim charges. They currently bank with Yorkshire Bank.

I know the process as I've successfully claimed the full amount personally from HSBC recently.

Many thanks for your replies
