I paid for 2hr and went over by 30 mins, do these parking charge notices to keeper have to be paid.

What are the options

What are the chances of it going to court and then debt collectors.

 

1) Date of Incident. 28/10/2018

2) Date of them sending NTK 09/11/2018

3) Date recieved 12/11/2018

4) Does the NTK mention schedule 4

of the protection of freedom act 2012 No

5) photographic evidence Pictures of front and rear date and times

6) Have i appealed No

7) Who is the parking company NCP.

8) where East laithe gate, Doncaster.

The word fine does not appear on the paperwork. Everthing is refered to as charge

good then why did you use that word..its not a fine

its a speculative invoice for supposedly breaking some imaginary contract you entered into.

only the police/council/courts can fine you not these fleecers.

we need to be able to read the entire NTK text and also need to see the wordinmg on the signage and the ticket machine at the site to see what contract was offered and accepted by feeding their machine

I note that the NTK was received on the 15th day.......

picture needs to be merged into the NTK pdf not a JPG file un rotated.

This NTK was sent to me on the 9th Nov but i didn't receive it until the 12th Nov which is 15 days after the incident which occurred on the 28th Oct.How does that effect the Notice and my rights.

The letter was dated on the Friday so two days for delivery would have been the Sunday.

so dated the last day they had to issue. If it arrived late you have to prove that and with a weekend to queer the wicket that isnt an argument to progress in this case.

I thought that in Law a first class letter is deemed delivered in two days which would have been Sunday.

So all this taken into consideration. What do I do with the Notice. Pay or not.

it doesnt matter, the law says it is delivered and that is that

so we need to see the siganeg at the car park to determine whther there was a breach of contract for overstaying or possible the money being due to a clause with the contract. We also need to see what is written on the payment meter as that actually decides what you have agreed to if the wording is different to the signage.
