Boots Not Refunding Points for Cancelled online order

As the title says, my Wife placed an order on Boots.com with Advantage Card points. Boots cancelled the order but have not returned the points she used to place the order.

 

We have called their customer service number multiple times and are now told that Boots is investigating the matter. It’s been almost 2 months since the initial order date with no progress.

 

What we really want to know is does Boots have any right to refuse a refund of points?

Write to their head office by email. Get it to their executive team.

Generally, putting it in writing is much more likely to get some success. In some cases social media can be your friend too. These kind of companies don't like public customer service complaints so they handle these inquiries faster than they would otherwise.
