Good Morning Caggers

I have been contacted by Mortgage.Claims for them to review my mortgage and see if I have any claims on my mortgage.

They have contacted the lender and it appears they have no history of my mortgage.

:???:

I am simply paying them but they have no history of my mortgage or anything.

2 things; is there anything I need to be aware of with the above company? Do I need to be aware against claiming against a bank that has no history of my mortgage?

Many thanks as always

Be aware that shady claims companies will say things like this or say theres no claim to have, because they want to take 30%+ of the reclaim. If the claim isnt as big as they want, they just say no claim.

Contact your mortgage provider and just ask for generic details of the mortgage . No need to tell them about any claims.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

:D

god dump the chancers yes.

you are paying the mortgage that's proof enough of one existing

and ofcourse it will be marked on your deeds that one exists.

pers theres nothing to be reclaimed, nor anything 'illegal' going on with the mortgage

as stated these people simply say anything to convince you to sign up

hope you've not signed any paperwork?

as they'll be after you for fees even if you do cancel.

ofcourse they'll never do court as its well known there operations ae somewhat dubious, but do be aware they will use scary DCA's/solicitors to scare you into paying up if you have signed forms.

these forms are usually portrayed as only authorising them 'to look see' and probably look to read as thought that's the end of it.

the problem is, if they do find any supposed issues, then the small print states they can then charge fees if you backout.

let us know...don't get spoofed out of money.

an SAR to your lender will get all your details should you need them.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
