Ok so I've just got the judgement through today.

Principal sum 740.79 due 23rd may.

Fixed costs £530 due 23rd may.

I have filled a n245 out and offered to pay 50 per month.

How much is the fee os it £50 na d how do I enclose it.

Scandalous costs...small claims track is suppose to offer protection to litigants and be restricted...not more than the claimed amount.

So the £740.79 did not include the court fees and sols fees...thats the debt net ?

That makes a difference then...so even if you had not fought their application for SO/SJ and even if you did not defend the claim you would have had a judgment and costs of £1125.

Yes that would have been the case but at least it was worth a try.

So is the n245 application fee £50 and does it have to be sent with the application? If so how could I pay it as I dont have a cheque book.

Yes it is Dave...you can pay using Debt/CC over the phone to your local county court.....you should also be able to email the N245 at the same time...check with your local CC
