Hi All,

I've just sent my DPA straight to the DP team. Hopefully I'll get my statements sooner rather than later as judging from the threads here they seem to be quite helpful and efficient? Anyway, we'll see!

Nationwide - DPA sent = 21/04/2006

Halifax - DPA sent (to bank and DCA) = 21/04/2006

Keep us posted as to the progress of your claim. It looks as if it may be getting a little easier for Nationwide members (hopefully)

Got a reply to my DPA letter today. Seems to be the standard one now saying 'As you have made your request in order to obtain specific information, rather than all the information we hold, we may be able to provide the details you require in a shorter timescale'

Looks like things are moving...

Has anyone got a rough idea how long Nationwide are taking to reply to DPA letter for statements? I know they have 40 days to reply but i'm itching to get going!!

I requested mine via online banking. I just asked that 6 years statements be sent to me and I had them within the week! I was impressed!

Nationwide paid in full!!!!!

Moneyclaim filed 27/6, Acknowledged 30/6, £1500 refunded on 4/7!!!!! Just a week from claiming!

No sign of account closure yet! :D
