New letter - this time from ZZPS - same thing "we are instructed to continue to pursue the matter in the absence of any contact from you".  Yawn.

Another new letter - this time from QDR solicitors.  "we've been instructed by ZZPS" blabla "failure to pay may result in us recommending to our client that we pass it to our litigation department" blablabla lots of scary stuff.
Hopefully just another auto.  Would be pretty lame if it finally made it through and I think they have 6y to do it.

I've looked very closely and everything is QDR solicitors even in the smallest prints

typically its zzps using a template their fake solicitors give to them

but its not a letter of claim so..

ZZPS dont own the debt so cant instruct anyone and havent.

You need to understand a little about agency as that also covers the rights of the parking co to dole out tickets in the first place. ak yourself

 

why would a solicitors need to pass it on to their litigation dept, that is all they do all day surely?

What it says is

"if you dont pay up we will shuffle the paper from our left hand to our right hand and then do nothing else"

 

We are trying to get you to read things properly rather than just seeing what they want you to see and then leaping to the conclusion that they want you to reach rather than actually getting to the truth.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean - I haven't suggested any of that - I'm just letting you know what letters come next from who. I'm aware what they're doing and that only an eventual LoC matters

you wwere arguing that it was a letter from some solicitors when it wasnt, the wording gives it away if you read it properly and start to understand a bit about contract law and agency.

It's ok there is nothing to argue about - these letters are "from QDR" even if QDR is just another ltd with a different address in this chain of postal spam, I'm not suggesting it is legitimate.  Like DX said it's not a LoC so meh for now still

Another letter from "QDR solicitors" another 14d to pay it otherwise the client may consider CC proceedings to obtain a CCJ etc etc.  Nothing new really
