I'm reasonably sure they don't

Payment of Court Fees

MCOL requires you to pay the court fees by credit or debit card. (Please note that you cannot claim fee exemptions or remissions when using MCOL)

The system will automatically validate your card before submitting your request for issue. It will tell you that your payment has either been accepted or rejected. The payment will show on your statement as a payment to MONEYCLAIMOL. You are advised to check the court fee before you commence your claim.

If your payment is rejected, you will be advised to contact your card issuer. MCOL will not accept your claim for issue at this stage. However, you can save the information already given by clicking on the 'save option' at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to retrieve your claim details at a later date, when your payment can be accepted.
