Hi All..

Today i received my court date which is on the 19th of January.

Now,in the letter it says that i have to prepare my documentation and have it at the courts no later than the 12th of December..Could someone please let me know exactly what i should have.

Also, what is the norm that is likely to happen? Could i be one of the few that could have to go to court..Or do Barclays normally pay up?

Here's the link to the Court bundle zip file. Barclays, and all the other banks have yet to step through the Court doors. Be prepared to receive a call/letter during the 7 days before the hearing offering a full settlement.

Unfortunately you will need 3 copies - 1 for the Court (this should be indexed and labelled), 1 for Barclays (don't bother to index this - if the ba**ards need to read they can sort it out for themselves) and 1 for yourself (just in case you need to refer to it)

So far of course Barclays haven't turned up in Court - so all this is a waste of paper. Barclays, being the caring company they are, will of course let you waste your time and resources in order to frustrate you into giving up.
