07 november 2006 - received statements

14 november 2006 - sent letter asking for bank charges to be refunded in full.

20 november 2006 - received letter from natwest stating that they were looking into my complaint and that they would respond by the 9th of december.

Hi Dellgirl

Put your feet up, pour yourself a drink and wait patiently.

Natwest have set the timetable by giving you a date by which they will respond. If you haven't had a response by 9th December then get your LBA in and keep the momentum going.

Good luck

Paul

I would accept the offer as part payment, stating that you will be persuing the remainder through the courts if need be.

The extra charge can be added to your claim. You can amend your claim amount right up to the point of submitting it through the courts.
