Hi guys,

 

Can someone please help me here.

I need to make some adjustments for my car on new purchase.

 

I am currently customer with Achoice and I have been trying to get hold of this company for past 4 days to either cancel or tell me how much it would cost to upgrade.

 

Have been kept putting on hold for over 2.5 hours at each day and with nobody answering the phones.

The service is absolutely poor and I wish I had googled them before purchasing this policy, but hey it was cheapest and my mistake.

 

I am extremely angry and frustrated I don't know how to take this further.

 

Can someone please advise what I could do?

That's funny, my experience of trying to get through to them just now was entirely different. A couple of recorded messages. A couple of keypresses – and the phone was answered immediately with a very pleasant person on the end.

 

Of course maybe that's because I pressed the buttons to talk about taking out a new policy!! :madgrin:

Yes exactly that... When I press the buttons for a claim, immediately someone answers. They are not part of the same people and just work on behalf of the insurer!!
