Hi all I'm new on here. I haven't registered on here before because I found plenty of advice just browsing this and other sites.

I've gone through all the rigmorole of getting statements, working out my claim, being offered 1/3 of what I was asking for, filing my claim with MCOL and now am at the stage where Barclays have filed a standard defense and I have just filled out my AQ which I will submit on Friday 24th Nov.

My AQ is asking for a fee, but I have already paid a fee of £120 to MCOL. Do I have to pay this fee again?? (I am claiming for £1357.30)

My case No. is 6QZ73568 HOLLIS0906 v Barclays Bank

Yes you will have to pay a fee when sumitting your AQ, but don't worry this will be added to your claim. It also means Barclays will have to pay out too!!

Hi Lottalolly,

Yes you have to pay a further fee (typically £100) but as mentioned above you add this to your claim total.
