Start reading up on these people and stop panicking.

 

Did you get any correspondence sent to your old address and when did you move? Did you have your post forwarded by RM?

 

Also you MUST read everything you get carefully and not jump to a wrong conclusion. Tell us exactly what DR+ have said by all menas but I bet it doesnt say anthing about applying to the DVLA for your keeper details or they would be in court faster than you by a long chalk

Morning folks another update,

 

ive been looking online and found that Parking Eye LTD are actually the enforcement for Church st/ Caunce st car park in Blackpool, so thats 3 different companys now involved with this one site,

Webbeye ltd,

NE Parking Ltd &

Parking Eye,

 

Ive spoke to parking eye this morning and they confirm they are nothing to do with NE PARKING ??

How can NE get away with this ?

Probably explains why they have a different address they are trying to accuse me of parking on.

and where did you get that from? How old was the information as stuff stays in cyberspace for ever so quote your source.

In your case it isnt relevent as to who claims to be there, it is NE that have billed you and that is who you are going to kick in the cobblers should they take it further.

 

And stop phoning people, you will just drop yourself in the mire and start to use the advice on these thread as a whole rather than just reading what you want to read.PE didnt tell you that they managed the site, just they are nowt to do with NE unless you ahve it recorded otherwise. You have allowed yourself to inventa theory about the whys and wherefores that probably isnt related to what actualy occurred.

 

You have evidence to show that the 2 paces are totally different in appearance and that is all you need. Dont try and guess what they are thinking, if it comes to a showdown you have the evidence and that is all that matters, start making things up and you will make their dodgy evidence look much better thanit is because you wont be able to prove your accusations.
