Need for annual credit card statements as started by Credit Card Association =

1. Question even if a person is in arrears or making small repayments to a credit card does the Credit Card Company still have to supply Annual Statements?

2. Is it obligatory for them to do so?

3. If they have failed to do so if obligatory what can be the consequences of failure say non issued for a few years?

Yes it is AFAIK a requirement for the OC to send 'statements of account' at least annually.

Whats the story?

If you've been paying them token payments for years, and they haven't been sending you this, then why are you still blindly paying them??

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
