Hi there

I recevied the same letter in the previous thread from Steve Bailey offering me a refund of £110 for charges of £189. I am going to continue to claim the full amount back is there a letter template anyone has which i can use to request the full amount.......... also they have since charged me two amounts of £25.00... what is the best way to get these back as well, can i request these in my letter requesting the full amount back for the original claim...?? HELP!

Thanks

Hi,

I assume the letter you received a response to was the 'initial request for refund' from the library. Next step is to send the second letter (LBA) giving them a further 14 days to cough up the loot.

You will need to amend the text slightly, to thank them for their unacceptable offer, as well as confirming your intention to push for a FULL and unconditional refund. You will also need to make reference to the subsequent charges, and amend your figures accordingly.

Your post also indicates that you have not fully digested the FAQs, the Library and other information on the boards. The answers you need are to be found there, and I would suggest that you take a day or two to do this BEFORE you send your second letter.

Good luck.
