Hi this was settled through mediation, not how I would have liked but at least no CCJ they got he full amount at £1 per month!

Thanks for the help everyone, I have a feeling I will be back as Lowells have 4 other accounts belonging to me, so now they have won this one I fear I may get a lot more court forms through the door

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

What ball did you drop?

You sent cca/cpr?

If they failed to reply why did you agree to mediate?

Ok been thinking about this hard today, I know I was an idiot letting them win this and it was mainly down to my laziness and hectic life of course,

but now I have agreed through mediation to pay the debt and also made the first payment

is there anything i can get this back to court or request to see if the debt is enforceable.

Or maybe just put it down as a learning curve
