Good Morning

I have been paying a debt management plan to payplan for over 10 years, following advice from this forum for which I am soooo grateful for I have sent CCA's off to all my creditors and awaiting responses.

My abbey overdraft has been sold onto Cabot, I understand that I cannot sent a CCA. The last payment to them on my debt management plan was Dec 17.

The balance is £588.19

What is the best way to proceed with this, should I send a SAR or set up a payment plan direct with them, are they likely to accept a F&F?

Thanks for your advice/help in advance

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks for the responses I will send a SAR today,

I started my debt management plan in June 2008.

Abbey sold it to Moorcroft originally 01/10/08

it then went to debt managers,

credit security Ltd and

finally sold to Cabot in December 2015

Moorcroft/debt managers/CSL don't buy debts

they only chase for their client named on their letters.

so was not finally sold by satans bank till dec 2015?

when did you open this OD?

I bet any outstanding balance is well wiped out by all the OD charges you had over the years.
