the only comms was your initial appeal?

 

if so as post 23

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

then it wasnt anonymous.

 

The ticket on the car is the notice to DRIVER, if you appeal that they are entitled to assume that you are appealing in that capacity.

 

So in the futire if you get a screen ticket you do not appeal it under any circumstances, you WAIT for the NTK to arrive and appeal that if appropriate (rarely is but not as damaging as appealing NTD)
