DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

There are hundreds of threads here you can read which pretty much all tell the same story.

 

Threats from Harlands/CRS that you must pay up whatever they demand or they'll take further action including court. They simply DON'T and gym m/ships are no longer reported by CRA's (since 2011).

 

Give us some background info if you want some input.
