DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

The only response i had from Lowell said

-We have raised your disputes with our client and will contact you once we have a response. Please send us any evidence, including correspondance between you and bt.

-this account is a telecommunications account and not regulated by the CCA, our client is not required to retain a copy of the agreement or default notice

-Notice of assignment is enclosed

-we have requested a copy of the statement of account from BT

Still need to phone back the mediation people and agree or decline mediation, really not sure what i should do from here. I here you Andy, can i find more info on what would happen next.

Thank you
