we have a court date of 13th December but it doesn't say anything about supplying any paperwork - whys that???

It seems a bit strange.

I may just send the paperwork off anyway - who do i send it to - is it just the courts?

Thanks for the quick reply Bookworm

You need three copies, one for self, one to send to the court and one for bcards solicitors. Would phone the court and ask when they want the court bundle by

Has anyone got the correct bundle needed to take the Woolwich to court or any information as to what should be in the bundle as the basic court bundle doesn't appear to make much sense to me...

Thank you in advance

The Court Bundle should have a "Index" ie the contents page. This page will list the relevant documents. The purpose of the bundle is so that the Judge has all the documents he needs to make a decision - so include everything you think is relevant. If there are many documents use page dividers.

Thereafter you should have each relevant document in the bundle. Each page should have a number handwritten at the bottom. Enter these number on the Index for example:

INDEX TO BUNDLE

1) Consumer Credit Agreement dated 11/06/06 Pages 1-5

2) Letter to Claimant dated 20/08/08 6-6

Make one copy of the bundle including the index and the copy it twice. Three copies are required, one for you, the judge and the opponents. Send two copies to the Court and retain your one. Makesure the bundles are delivered to Court several days before the hearing. You can get away with arriving with the bundles on the day of the hearing but I would not risk it.

You never know the Claimant might never turn up on the day of the hearing especially if they think they will lose!
