they arent going to take any notice and as you havent taken advice from your employers over whether your visit is part of your employment and letting them write to these bandits and telling them that all manner of hell fire will rain down on them then ignoring this letter is the best step to take.

You will get more begging letters from a dca but they can be ignored as well.

 

Do you think that these bandits ticket ambulances ?

well yes they do because they are stupid and they think their supposed contract is the last word on the matter. It isnt.

 

They may try telling you that you owe more money but this is a scare tactic.

the amount will rise to £160 if the letter comes from a dca and £234 if it comes from Gladstones or BWL.

 

 

The explanation as to why it is this amount is never given, just huff and puff.

Why these amounts?

well, if they made it too high peopel wouild question why and at this level they tend to believe that there must be a logic to it.

 

 

There isnt, the POFA makes it clear that the amount due is only ever the amount specified on the sign.

If you bought an item from Argos and opted for home delivery and they couldnt send it for a month would you expect Argos to increase the price by £60? Same applies here

yes they do when egged on by the owners of the IPC who are the solicitors at Gladstones. This may seem like a conflict of interest but they assure the government that it isnt.

Now stop worrying about that and start asking your boss to let you use an official letterhead to tell them where to go
