i have received a parking fine for £60 or in 2 weeks if not paid £100

I was parked apparently on private land

I was not aware of this at the time,

it was from 1st aug. 11.40 till 1st aug 14.11,

I was with my mum who is 84yrs old and disabled at which we displayed the blue badge,

should I pay this by law,

as i did look for a machine to pay so thought it was free,

can you please advise?

can you please clarify where the paperwork states FINE please?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

pay by law?

What law do you think has been broken?

Read all of the posts on the first page of this forum and you will see that almost none of the claims made by the parking co's have any merit whatsoever.

When you have done your reading tell us all about your event and what paperwork you have received and we will take it from there
