Hello!

I know the answer is easy to find but I can't find it!

I have approx £360 left of an enormous loan with WF.

I have refused to pay it for possibly a year now.

Might be slightly less.

I know there is a letter you can write about not paying the fees and telling them politely no.

But I can't find it.

Please can someone point me in the right direction?

If I'm completely wrong, I'd love your advise

J

If its itemised as interest on the fees yes but its easier to help if you post the statements as advised so we can be clear in the advice given.

Similar situation to mine this (along with PPI) as I have a very basic statement off welcome finance stating various fees that remain unexplained totaling hundreds, 2 are for over £100 each alone I recall looking at the only statement I have. I've written to welcome finance 2-3 weeks ago regarding the fee charges but I'm yet to hear back despite having heard back about the PPI side of the claim twice now.

I'll update on this any my own thread if and once I hear back to see what they say except I'm giving them another week before I chase the fee issue up with them. But my case is somewhat different as it's been to court recently, but I assume to right to reclaim the fees is the same anyway.

Thank you dx100uk for hiding it

I just ran it through the copier at work then crossed off what I thought was all the identifying data. Then scanned it. Forgot some pages eere only one side.

your spreadsheet should list individually each:

unpaid DD fee

fee [£10,25,5,10,25 ]

NOT the odd sums like Fee 2.63 [that's simple int]

oh and you've got PPI too!
