Just search "Small Claims Court Fees" and you'll find it costs very little to make a claim against Harlands.

 

Claiming compensation for harassment at the discretion of the court, but not exceeding £300, you should pay just £25 using the online system. Plus the Hearing Fee if Harlands let it go to court.

Looks like Zinc have my number now. And just made a call. I told them to write to me and I'm not giving any details through the phone. Should I reply to the letter when it arrives Or just ignore like usual

Did they identify themselves as Zinc ?

 

If they call again, tell them, "In writing only !!" and then hang up.

 

If they write to you, do not respond at all. When the realise they're getting no response, they'll return the case to CRS (who you'll ignore as well).

Yup they did identify themselves as zinc and telling me to identify myself. It didn't click until later. But I refuse to give my personal details to anyone through the phone anyways.
