Hello,

I am in the early stages of preparing a claim for mis-sold Credit Card PPI and have downloaded the FosRunning v102 Spreadsheet.

Fortunately I kept my old statements so I think I have sufficient data to calculate what compensation I should be entitled to.

I'm just a little confused with how I regard late fees and overlimit charges of which I have many..

Do I include these charges in the Monthly Spend column?

Many Thanks for your help

Can I assume that the Interest charges from my monthly statements should also be included in this Monthly Spend column?

no

that's why you enter their APR in the sheets box

its not a spend

its interest...

Right you are. Makes sense when I think about it...

Just thought that I would want the running balance value the same as the statements, and use it as a cross reference, but now I understand.

Thanks again!
