Hi all, (COPY OF LETTER ATTACHED)

Been ignoring letters after parking in a train station and now received this letter ?

How would i handle this, this is a company car and plenty of people have use of it but it's in my name so was going to reply stating i don't know who the driver was?

Any ideas please

Thanks Guys

Which train station?

When did you park?

Was this a windscreen ticket?

When did you receive the notice to keeper?

Did you pay for parking?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

I have unapproved the attachments as they identify you (and they are zip files)

can you remove all identifying details, including barcodes if any the repost as a pdf file.

Thanks

Please will you stop posting multiple threads on the same topic. It is very unhelpful to the people who are trying to help you and it is very unhelpful to you.

I have merged all the threads together.

this is just another threatogram like the ones from DR+ but sent out from Gladstones,

the firm that owns the IPC who are the trade association for Smart parking.

Now railway land is covered by its own byelaws so it is unlikely that Smart actually have any rights in this matter but better than that as they are IPC members the chances of their NTK being POFA compliant is also slim and that menas they have to prove who was driving at the time.

The timing and wording of the notice is critical

so date of the event and date you received the letter is crucial.

Is the car a company car belonging to a limited company? Just a yes or no on this will do.

As for this letter, ignore it as it is just piffle, you dont owe DR+ a penny and you dotn owe anyone £160, that is just in the hope you are ignorant of the law and if you do pay thye all have a drink at your expense.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
