Is it to late to apply for time order ,

And when they state .they require delivery up of viechle , does this mean I have to give keys back on day of hearing.?

Original amount owed £17500

Paid £14400 to date , had a company close owing.me £7000 , recieved no.income for 4 months , fell behind with payments ,

Couldnt come to an arrangement as didnt now when my next income was coming in.

Would you be able to maintain monthly payments plus something towards arrears going forward? If so it would be worth putting that forward at the hearing - have you entered any defence yet ? I assume Moneybarn were their usual nasty selves - they are a horrible outfit !

The court hearing hasn't happened yet DX so it's not a court order he's querying - it's how to defend

Hi Andy

Sorry for late reply ,

Moneybarn won a 14 return of goods order today ,

judge was a joke

he was asking moneybarns solicitor if he was allowed to extend agreement ,

Is it to late to apply for time order ?

Amount owed £3015 car worth around £3000 ,

But judge said I cant sell it , and moneybarn would have to auction it

I.explained they will sell it for under the correct value ,

And he said youd better get advise ,

I understand if its to late and im resigned to handing car back

Yes , judge didnt mention.it , all he did was issue return of goods order in 14'days , moneybarn asked for money order for full amount ,judge said , you dont now how much.is owed as car hasnt been sold yet ,

So told moneybarn that they would have to come back to court to get ccj
