Removing an entry on a bank statement

Interesting one this and from the start nothing to do with anything dodgy or suspect. These are my original true bank statements


Need to send off the last two months bank statements to confirm income and expenditure. And yes it is with a financial organisation.


The issue being for the last three years have been paying a DCA £5.00 a week via standing order. Now do not want the name of this DCA on those two statements as they can link me with previous debt issues.


So can i edit the name of this DCA out of those two bank statements, and if so, how


Is this legal for a start as do not wish to have a CIFAS marker against my name

If you print off copies I see no reason why you cant just paint over the name with tippex or marker pen
