Looking for some advice. I have written to Lloyds Bank 4 Times now regarding claiming back our packaged bank account fees.

Sent them recorded. I have had no replies at all. Wondered if anyone has an address for this process please.


Do not seem to be getting anywhere with them as yet. Thank you.

a poss suggestion

one more letter to that bx1 (that is the address they formally give for complaints)

head it complaint.

include that you have written x times already, without response.

include details of yr package fee complaint (or inc copies of yr prior letters re if available)

give them x days to acknowledge, otherwise you will report to fos (and do so if they dont get back to you within).
