Did you contact BT in respect of the Reward Card - they usually say that you need to request the reward 30 days after entering into your contract and then it takes up to 30 days for it to arrive. Although in your case, it seems to have taken a lot longer !

Hi, thanks for your reply.

yes I claimed my reward in December,

forgot all about it during xmas and new year then in February I realised I hadn't received it.

contacted bt by phone,

card was sent in December they said.

I told them I haven't received it and so they said they would look into it,

every time I contact them I'm told it could take 30-45 days.

I chatted online with them and was promised it would be here on 12th june,

then I was told 22nd june.

Bt rang me to check if it had arrived and apparently they are going to call again next week!

I switched to their broadband in nov 2016 and the reward card offered was 125 pounds,

as a loyal customer for 30 odd years I don't see why I should miss out on this reward.

I just wanted advice as to what I should do next if the card doesn't arrive this week.

Sorry for long post but was trying to explain in full.

They certainly do seem to be dragging their feet on this. Have you backed up your telephone conversations with email?

I am not quite sure what you would need to do if they dont get it resolved soon.. hopefully one of the Site team will be able to put you on the right path.
