Hi All,

I received a PCN Notice yesterday,

I wasn't the driver and would like information on how best to appeal this PCN.

I've answered all the questions below and I appreciate in advance any responses:

1 Date of the infringement [03/03/17]

2 Date on the NTK [09/03/17]

3 Date received [14/03/17]

4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y]

5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? [Y]

6 Have you appealed? [N]

Have you had a response? [N]

7 Who is the parking company? [Parking Eye]

8. Where exactly [Morrisons - Nantwich]

Regards,

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

Got a receipt? Then simply complain to the store manager. Don't be fobbed off by them saying you have to go via PE.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

Just a quick update, I've just read through the thread @dx100uk put on yesterday and made a call to the store explaining what happened, they said to take it to my local store (I don't live near Nantwich store) and they'll put it into the system to resolve it :)

Crazy I never thought it would be that simple! I'll post back once I've been in to my local store.

Thank you all!

And if the store manager messes about, just go above his head to head office. Theyll sort it there. Morrisons are trying to get rid of PE, but they agreed a contract a while ago for a set amount of time, or theyd face heavy fee's for breach of contract.

make sur eyou ask for confirmation too, as PE can and do ignore some instructions and may still proceed further

Hi,

I've actually been into my local Morrison's store not long ago, the store manager sorted it out. He's told me he will fill in a form on their system which will remove the PCN.

Thanks for everyone's help with this.

dont believ him until it actually happens. GEt on to Morrisons Head Office and "remind" them that this is going to happen and that you want a copy of the instruction to the parking co as it is common that the instruction gets lost in the system.

In short, if you have a copy of Morrisons letter PE are sunk, whether they got it or not
