good result, if you can tell us all of the points that the judge thought were relevant it would be useful to others. Now bear in mind this predates the POFA, what arguments did they put forward to claim that you were the right defendant.

Did you challenge the reps right of audienec or were they an actual solicitor.

As Ericsbrother said really, my case is on for 2nd Oct in the same court.

As much detail as you can remember would help me out.

I'd also like to know the name of the judge and how you applied for costs as I intend to do the same.

I'm also going to raise the issue of the right of audience again as no doubt the bwl person will not be there and there are points in his witness statement that are just not true.

If you could post up the claim number on here then cuttysark can quote it so soemthing like

Excel v mr W, case ref xxyxxxx Swansea CC 14/09 2017 and then a precis of the reasons as to why it went in your favour.

 

 

Cuttysark can then quote it as being identical but he should remember to take all of the paperwork with him anyway

the veracity of their WS and

demand to opportunity to cross examine or have it struck out

( see the paranksters latest blog on PE and quote that case ref and ahve the details on paper as a doc in your evidence bundle).

not been back since but by all means tell the judge about the decision at this court on such and such a date and then precis what you know regarding the result. They will know anyway but wiould like to know that you know
