Claimant has 33 days to respond.

MCOL will change to " Allocated " once DQs are sent out.

We could do with some help from you.

wont be any change on mcol so no point in checking it

if they do

only then will the court write with the notice of allocation N180.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

So, as stated above, I have received a copy of the claimants DQ, but I have not received anything from the bulk centre, and mcol does not state that the claim has been allocated to the SCT, how long does it take?

Update:- Have spoken to mediation, not suitable due to not having received all the requested paperwork from Lowell. Got a letter yesterday, "Notice of transfer of proceedings" so will wait and see if things progress on their side.

One question, the transfer has been made, but not to my local court, to a court 60 miles away......who can I contact to get this changed, the court on the notice of transfer?

Thanks, will update as things progress.

Ring the court and ask why its not been allocated to your local county court that you advised on your Directions Questionnaire...ask it be transferred ..with no cost to yourself as its their error.

We could do with some help from you.
