Brought a pram from the said above shop 6 monthts ago n the lok system on the pram has give up took it back to the shop nd they said they would get it repaired {can they do that} well that was over 28 days go what shall i do next e have phoned yhe shop an get told its no back yet .Can we get our money back ?:?

If a product becomes faulty more than a month after purchase than yes they can send it off for repair. They are allowed "a reasonable period" to do this - courts would generally consider this to be around 4 weeks, so most companies set this as their guideline for when they would issue a replacement.

 

If it's not nearly ready, you should be entitled to demand a replacement now.
