DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thank you for your continued support. I actually work at both Queen's and King George hospitals, and unfortunately I am not going to Queen's until next week, when I will get pictures.

Signage has the same wording at both sites

So here's where we are:

The BPA seems happy for these scams to continue.

The Trust has bigger problems.

I would have been happy to pay for a ticket at the initial rate, but I've decided to ignore the £160 demand. One of my colleagues has a drawer full of parking-related demands, and ignoring them seems relatively common.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

Why not send an FOI request in to the Trust asking for the number of court cases they have issued for PPC invoices? While you're at it I'd be asking how many PPC invoices have been issued, total income etc
