Hi all,

I reclaimed my PPI from a number of lenders a few years ago using the great advice and letters etc on here, eternally grateful for that! But....

I've had a few calls from claim companies over the last few months and they claim that a lot of lenders knowingly underpaid on PPI claims and that more is owed.

I was wondering if there's any truth to that and, if so, would it be a case of following the same process as previously to claim the extra owed?

Thanks,

Nick

would depend if the calcs were done properly

did you get all the statements and work out what your return should have been?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I would deffo have a look but just dont use a CMC... You can have a second windfall if they underpaid you.

We could do with some help from you.
