DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

hi again. no changes on the mcol website since i filed my defence. There wont be until the claimant informs them they wish to proceed. should i contact the court to find out if there has been developments ? No or put the stick down and not go poking the wasps nest ?

The court has already informed you of the process and what may happen next in its acknowledgement of your defence
