Probably more than the few I found on the FOS. I wonder how many have complained to PP and been fobbed off by them saying it wasn't an insurance product.

As soon as I can find where I put the FOS letter I will post the response here with the details.

 

Hi I am in the process of waiting a decision from PayPlan about my cover my payments and cover my life schemes I entered into during my payplan agreement.

Do you have the ref from FOS for the successful claim against them in case they try to decline my claim please?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I was in the same boat:| and I have only just Googled trying to claim back from them. Does anyone have template I could use? Also, in what order should I undertake this process?
