My account is overdrawn because if there fees, I've tried asking under hardship for the money back but they refuse, my problem is my partners ca goes in tomorrowvajd my wages Tuesday and we need that money to pay gas and electric n food, when I've told bank they've said there is nothing they can do :(

 

I've gone to a new bank as this is not the 1 st time this has happened last time we had to go without

Oh dear... Definitely seems like you need our help.

First off my understanding is that OD Fees cannot be offset against for benefits... But im not sure 100% if this is the case.

 

Is this Halifax or BOS? Or Lloyds? I ask as they are all under the same umbrella.

I doubt there is much you can do today with it being Sunday... But I think under exceptional circumstances, there could be something better you can do.

 

How much are you overdrawn by?

What fees are they charging?

 

We could do with some help from you.
