DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Unfortunately I don't have a scanner :(

I requested the CCA on 14/10/15 then again on 19/11/16

They acknowledged the second one and sent the CCA info over dated 22/02/17

The covering letter with a copy of their Directions Questionnaire form N180 is also dated 22/02/17

I can take photos on my phone but unsure what to do with them next :( I'm so sorry!

You can post up pdf files here, dx should be able to tell you more about that. Or if your friend will help, that would be good. :)

  • 3 weeks later...

OK so just a quick recap

In November 2016 I put in a defence to a N1SDT claim as Vanquis had not replied to my previous request for a CCA

29th Nov letter from court acknowledging receipt of my defence then goes on to say the claimant must contact the court within 28 days after receiving a copy of my defence, after that period has elapsed the claim will be stayed and the only action the claimant can make will be to apply to a judge for an order lifting stay.

I didn't receive any further communication from anyone until I then received the two letters both dated the same date from Lowell Solicitors. enc.

On the CCA return I didn't upload all the papers they sent as there was too many, just the 1st sheet of 13 of the pre- contract credit information and I also excluded 7 pages of transactions.

They certainly sent over plenty of paperwork, can you have a look and check if it's all in order please.

I can't help but wonder why haven't they applied to a judge for an order lifting stay?

Any advice, as always, gratefully appreciated, PB
