Bank holiday entitlement help

If someone works 20.5hrs a week, not including Mon or Tues, how is the bank holiday entitlement worked out?

Sorry but you need to be more specific. There is no automatic or statutory right to extra pay or benefits for working a Bank Holiday, so any entitlement is solely down to the terms of an employee's contract.

 

So - what does the contract say?


Any advice given is done so on the assumption that recipients will also take professional advice where appropriate.
