Hi all,

I'm about to enter into an IVA. I have several thousand pounds of debt owed on my Virgin credit card and as a customer of Virgin Media, I am concerned that they may try to recover the debt through that account somehow (e.g increasing the direct debit)

Does anybody have any thoughts / experience / advice on this? :???:

Thanks in advance.

not possible totally different organisations.

I don't even think virgin credit card was ever virgin, it was MBNA badged virgin.?

why are you going for an IVA?

sorry to ask

but have you investigated the enforceability of all your debts?

and done any reclaiming of PENALTY fees and PPI First?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

They can't do that, as Virgin credit cards and VM are totally separate companies. Virgin is mostly just a brand name and different businesses are owned by different companies. Virgin credit cards is run by one company and VM i think is owned by Liberty group.

We could do with some help from you.
