Hi,

I sent a CCA request to the DC/Solicitor in feb 2016

Just received a response in October which is basically a copy of the online application?

no agreement on terms or repayments

just my address details, job details, credit limit, no signed agreement

Is the above enforceable? is there a letter I can send back to this?

the amount is for £6k+ -

any help much appreciated

We dont normally advise you reply to them is the request is insufficient or none complient..they have failed to comply sufficiently..they remain in default.

Regards

Andy

hi andy

the response is literally an online application for an egg card back in 2003

this transferred to Barclaycard apparently

then HPH2?

then robinson way

the letter states I have 14 days to respond to allow time for my repayment proposals

failure to do so may result in howard cohens taking court action

there is no signature, no agreement

just my old address from 13 years ago, my old work, old salary

nothing else

should I just ignore this??

don't forget Robbersway are HPH2 ltd.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
