I have sorted out my debts and only listed those that are payday loans

I have not made contact with any of the creditors prior to default and some are not being chased.

There are many which are only listed as they were part of an IVA which failed as they failed to consider information I gave them and the repayments became too much. I would like to know if they are enforceable?

I was advised to post my question here.

I am trying to clear my debts and have placed then on a list. Attached is my list of payday loans. Some are not being chased and some have only been contacted for the purposes of an IVA which failed as they did not consider some financial information therefore the payments became unaffordable. Please could you tell me whether these are enforceable and what steps if any should I take?

If you check back in a couple of hours i will have a more formal post. Can you tell me roughly when these were taken etc?

Is your IVA still ongoing?

We could do with some help from you.

thread created for you about your PDL's

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Id ignore them for now until someone chases. Ignore kapama, as they are minicredit/opos and like to throw a ton of unenforceable charges into the debt. They wont go anywhere near a courtroom with a debt like that, infact, i dont think they ever have.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

I have attached a list of the debts which highlights when they were taken out and the default date recorded. The IVA failed around June 2013 as they failed to consider some financial information which led the IVA to fail as I could not afford the payments.
